Propertytools Ltd was founded in 1997 by Garth Cutfield, Auckland Property investor of the year 2006. Garth has been a property investor since 1992 and has grown his property business to now own more than 45 residential properties. Garth is the Director of several companies, relating to property management , development, and trading, but has always focused on his personal business of long term buy and hold property.
Using a Matrix of Property Strategies, rather than just one, Garth has accelerated his property business, consistently over time, with little disruption from the prevailing property market.
Garth has a few basic rules which are “Seldom” broken, but more often refers to guiding principles and goals to enable him to keep focused.
